Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options within the contiguous United States:
- Standard Shipping (5-8 business days) — Free on orders over $50; flat rate on smaller orders
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days) — Available at checkout
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day) — Available at checkout for urgent needs
Where We Ship We currently ship to all 50 US states. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or internationally.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
